Virginia Holding Corporation
Incorporated in Virginia in 1882 as Iron Belt Land, Mining, and Development Company to acquire real estate at various points along the Norfolk and Western Railroad line; name changed to Virginia Company in 1888 and to Virginia Holding Corporation in 1920.
