Stuart, Julia D. (Julia Davis), 1910-1990
Variant namesJulia Davis Stuart was the first president of the national League of Women Voters from west of the Mississippi. She was active in civic affairs and after her election to the LWV, in national affairs, she served on a number of boards, commissions, and committees.
