Herson, Isabel M. (Isabel Morgan), b. 1910,
Isabel M. Herson was born in Baton Rouge, La., on September 23, 1910 to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Morgan. She was part of the first class to graduate from McKinley High School after attending a full school year in 1928. She was a teacher and served as Chairman of the Department of Elementary Education at Southern University.
