Rogan, John F., 1926-
Rogan (b. July 10, 1926) served in the Army Finance Corps from 1945 until 1970. He served with the 192nd Finance Disbursing Section and briefly with the 98th Anit-Aircraft Artillery Gun Battalion. His military career included his work as the deputy director for the Finance Deparmtnet for the U.S. Civil Administration of the Ryukyu Islands in post-war Japan. He retired as a colonel and moved to Wisconsin to serve from 1970 to 1983 as Wisconsin's State Finance Director.
