Florence Joyes Booth Wigglesworth was born on November 14, 1902, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Percy Newhall Booth and Florence Coleman Curd Booth. She married Richard B. Wigglesworth, a former football player and coach, a US Representative from Massachusetts, and later United States Amabassador to Canada, in New York City on April 30, 1931. They had three daughters, Ann, Mary, and Jane, and lived in Milton, Massachusetts. Her husband died in 1960. She remarried John Baker Hollister, a US Representative from Ohio, in 1962, and he died in 1979. She seems to have reverted to the surname Wigglesworth after his death. She died on August 1, 1992, and was buried with her first husband.
