Marks, Edwin H.
The Engineer Company, 3rd Provisional Training Regiment, was organized May 15, 1917 under the command of Captain Edwin H. Marks, training for three months at Madison Barracks, N.Y. and Camp American University in Washington, D.C. before members were given their commissions and sent to their assignments.
