Worley, Franklin B.
The Chinese League of Justice of America, located at 717 Sacramento St., and 910-912 Grant Avenue in San Francisco, Calif., "is a society composed of merchants, professional men, the different Chinese newspapers, and Chinese from every walk and condition of life [for the purpose of doing good]." During 1909-1910, Wong Wing Tuck served as president, and Fong Sing was secretary.
