Arthur R. Kirkham (1897-1981) was a longtime radio newscaster in Portland, Oregon for KOIN.

He started at the station KOIN from 1928. In 1935 he became the station's Public Relation Director. In 1953, he moved to KOIN TV. He served on Portland Chamber of Commerce from 1941 until 1956 and was the director of the Oregon Museum Foundation and avid conservationist.
