Enoch Wood was a ship captain, most likely living in Boxford, Massachusetts, and engaged in the coastal and transatlantic trades between 1824 and 1845. Vessels he sailed upon included the ships MOGUL, CHATHAM, NORMAN, CHARIOT, GEORGE CABOT, and ALABAMA; as well as the brig KREMLIN. Enoch Wood is also listed as part owner of both the NORMAN and the ALABAMA.
