St Matthew's Church (Shenton Park, W.A.)
Previously known as St Boniface's Church, Rosalie. A newly built church was consecrated in 1926 as St Matthew's Church, Rosalie. The Roselea Estate area became Rosalie and later Shenton Park. St Matthew's Church relocated from Barker Road, Shenton Park, to Onslow Road, Shenton Park, in about the 1980s. Church of England services were held in Western Australia from the colony's inception in 1829. The Church of England in Australia was established in 1962 and, in 1981, became the Anglican Church of Australia.
