Stout, Ray Lewis.
Ray Lewis Stout (b. 1885) was the son of Lewis Stout, who came to the Oregon Territory in 1852 and settled on a donation land claim near Mehama, on the North Santiam River.
Ray Stout became an engineer and conducted research on his family history.
