Phi Beta Kappa Members in Auburn.
In 1970 a group of Phi Beta Kappa members organized to secure a chapter of the honorary society at Auburn University. Since then they have concerned themselves with Phi Beta Kappa applications, site visits, and efforts to incorporate recommendations of the visitors into University practice. The also recognize Auburn University students who exemplify Phi Beta Kappa standards.
