Seattle and Montana Railroad Company.
Incorporated in 1898 under the laws of the state of Washington, it purposed to take over the Seattle and Montana Railway, the Fairhaven and Southern Railroad, and the New Westminster Southern Railway, and could construct and operate additional lines within Washington. It was sold to the GN in 1907 and ceased to exist before 1927.
