Eugene G. Wanger, an attorney from Lansing, Michigan, was a republican delegate to the Michigan Constitutional Convention in 1961-62. He served on the Rules and Regulations, and Legislative Powers Committees. Mr. Wanger has a great interest in state and local history and was one of the founders of the Ingham County Historical Commission. He is an avid collector of any materials relating to the Constitutional Convention and has acquired a large collection of these records.
