Fletcher, Frances Dupuy
Frances Dupuy, a physician's daughter, was born in Washington, D.C. in 1863. She married an Englishman Keddy Ray Fletcher. At the outbreak of World War I they lived in Andover and offered their house as a home for convalescents. She rose to be director of nursing in Hospital 23 in Houlgate, a resort on the Normandy coast.
