Born June 30, 1886. Came to Colorado in the early 1900s. His father served two terms as U.S. senator from Colorado (1918-1930). Founding director of Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company. Served on its board of directors for 55 years. Company became Mountain Bell at some point during his tenure. Died 1976.
