Forsberg, Elmer A., 1883-1950.
Born in Finland in 1883, Forsberg immigrated to the U.S. in 1895. He entered the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 1904 and became an instructor there in 1906. He remained on the faculty until his death in 1950. From 1924 to 1942 he served as Finnish Consul in Chicago.
