Pacific Northwest Waterways Association
The Pacific Northwest Waterways Association was founded in 1933 with the purpose of taking over the promotion of the Olympia-Grays Harbor-Columbia River Canal. There were approximately 100 representatives of various Olympia organizations at the first meeting.
