Chester Alexander Moores (1889-1975) was a realtor and civic leader in Portland, Oregon.
He was Vice President of the Commonwealth, Inc., 1932-1960, and a member of the Housing Authoriy of Portland, 1941-1945, chairman from 1944-1945.
