Sahlin, R. C. (Robert Chandler).
Robert Chandler Sahlin was a nephew of the noted ironmaster John Fritz. He later worked as a sales engineer for the Lukens Steel Company and its subsidiary Lukenweld, Inc., from 1928 to 1954.
