Forrest W. Winkfield was born 7 January 1899 in Rico, Colorado. He converted to the LDS Church in Pima, Arizona, in 1929. He served as an LDS bishop, high councilor for about 11 years, and as a patriarch in the Medford, Oregon Stake, giving a total of 721 patriarchal blessings. He married his second wife Eunice in September 1979. He died 17 November 1986.
