National Communications Satellite System Task Force (Australia)
Variant namesThe Task Force was set up in 1977 to inquire into all aspects related to a national communications satellite system for Australia. Chairman was Mr. H. White and he was assisted by officers from Postal and Telecommunications Dept., the Departments of Finance, Defence, Transport and Health, the Australian Telecommunications Commission and the Overseas Telecommunications Commission.
