Office on School Monitoring & Community Relations.
Organized by U.S. Federal District Court in 1978 to monitor the desegregation of Cleveland Public Schools, promote public understanding of the process, and report on its progress. The office trained school monitors to observe, assess, and report on a variety of conditions within targeted Cleveland schools.
