Lindsay, Martin S., 1861-
Variant namesAlthough a formal biographical sketch of Martin S. Lindsay cannot be found, some information on his life is contained in his diary. He was born on 28 April 1861, and migrated to Salt Lake City, Utah, in September 1883. He was granted U.S. citizenship on 20 September 1888. During the time covered in his diary he worked at the LDS Church Historian's Office. He was also a legislative enrolling clerk and worked for the People's Forwarding Company.
