Dragonette, Ree
Dragonette was born in Philadelphia and published her first volume of poems, "Like Pharao's Eye, Like Onyx Stone and Other Poems," in 1962. She has given readings in Greenwich Village coffee houses and has performed her poetry with the Eric Dolphy Quintet. She has published three books of poetry including the "Parable of the Fixed Stars (1968).
