Von Moschzisker, Michael
Variant namesMichael von Moschzisker was Chairman of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority from 1956 to 1962. His efforts resulted in a Redevelopment Authority contract clause requiring that 1% of construction cost be used for fine arts.
