San Ysidro Range Improvement Company
The San Ysidro Range Improvement Company was created as a non-profit scientific corporation whose purpose was to increase rainfall by means of "cloud-seeding" during 1950 and 1951. After that time, remaining funds from the corporation became the San Ysidro Range Improvement Association. The Association worked with Dr. Irving P. Krick of Denver, Colorado and with Howard Major as the President, Fred D. Huning as Vice President among others.
