Nelson, William Henley, 1837-1935.
Soldier, farmer, county court judge and state representative of Tennessee. After a military career both during and after the Civil War, moved to Carter County, Tenn. Member of the Grand Army of the Republic for many years and state commander from 1898 to 1899. Elected to the 53rd Tennessee General Assembly in 1902. Died Feb. 17, 1935.
