New York (State). Education Department. Commissioner's Committee on Inquiry into Charges of Waste and Extravagance in the Construction of School Buildings in New York City.
A committee of three citizens under the chairmanship of Henry T. Heald was appointed in December 1958 by the Commissioner of Education to inquire into charges by New York City's Comptroller of waste and extravagance in school construction. The committee's report, School Construction in New York City, was published in 1959 by the State Education Department.
