Briscoe, David A. (David Anthony), 1947-
Variant namesLife-long journalist who served in the Peace Corps in the Philippines during the Vietnam War instead of being drafted into the Armed Forces. After completing his Peace Corps service he wrote for the Philippines national Peace Corps magazine, and continued a career in journalism.
