Richardson, James P. (James Parmelee), 1878-1947.
Richardson was graduated from Dartmouth College in 1899. He received his LL B from Boston University in 1902. He became the Joel Parker Professor of Law and Political Science at Dartmouth College in 1917. He also taught citizenship at Dartmouth College from 1920 to 1922.
