Ms. Anderson was a member of the Hastings Operatic and Dramatic Society in England. She also played in dramatic groups formed with U.S. Army personnel with whom she worked in France and Germany. In Atlanta Ms. Anderson was active in both the business and performance aspects of the theatre. Serving with the Atlanta Civic Theatre as secretary, treasurer, vice president and president in the late 1940's and 1950's. In the 1950's and early 1960's Ms. Anderson was involved with Theatre Atlanta and Community Playhouse.
