Vining, Elizabeth Gray, 1902-1999
Variant namesVining was born in Philadelphia and educated at Bryn Mawr and Drexel. Vining's first book, "Meredith's Ann," was published in 1929 and over the years she published over 18 children's and religious books. Vining also served on the Board of Trustees at Bryn Mawr between 1952 and 1971.
