Yohogania County Court (Va.)
Yohogania County was established in Virginia in 1774, during the time when the sovereignty issue had not been resolved with Pennsylvania. In 1779 the controversy was settled in Pennsylvania's favor. Yohogania County included parts of these present day Pennsylvania counties: Allegheny, Westmoreland, Washington, Fayette and Beaver.
