Co-educational boarding school established in 1831; in 1933 was reorganized as an all girls school and name changed to Westbrook Junior College; in 1970 renamed Westbrook College. Located in Westbrook, Me., (1831-1870), Deering, Me. (1871-1898), and Portland, Me. (1899 and afterwards).
