United Methodist Church (U.S.) North Georgia Conference. Office of the Bishop.
The Bishop is the chief executive of the conference whose function is to administer the programs of the North Georgia Conference of The United Methodist Church. The activities used to accomplish this function are presiding over annual conferences, serving on or chairing boards and committees, taking part in programs of the annual conference, and appointing all clergy members of the annual conference.
