Farni, Betty.
Betty Farni is the granddaughter of Erma Hoge Walker, who came to Cordova from Seattle in 1907, opened a small restaurant, and married Dexter (Johnny) Walker in 1908. She is also the daughter of Louis Whittaker who corresponded with C.L. Andrews, a noted historian and advocate of Eskimo rights.
