Ascutney Mill-Dam Company
The Ascutney Mill Dam Company was located in Windsor, Windsor Co., Vt. The president of the company was Jonathan Hatch Hubbard (1768-1849), a lawyer. He was born in Tolland, Conn., on 7 May 1768, received an honorary degree from Dartmouth College in 1813, and was judge of the supreme court of Vermont for the years 1813 to 1815. Hubbard died at Windsor on 22 September 1849.
