Russell, Thomas, O.F.M.
Variant namesThomas O. Russell was born in Nashville, Tennessee, and came to Oregon in 1909. He was a designer and builder of railroad lines and railroad facilities. From 1929 to 1935, Russell was chief engineer for the Companhia Itabira do Brasil, working for Percival Farquhar, planning the Itabira Railroad.
