Stewart, William T., 1826 or 1827-1851
Variant namesWilliam T. Stewart, the third son of Archibald and Jane Cummins Stewart, left the family farm in Greenville (now Penn Run), Indiana County, Pa. at age 23 for the gold fields of California in the spring of 1850. He died in Georgetown, Calif. from chronic diarrhea, 2 February 1851.
