Meador, Joel Tom, 1943-1986
The son of Schleicher County, Texas, rancher and oilman Cecil Meador and Williwood Bridwell Meador, Joel Tom Meador (1943-1986) was a Boy Scout during his childhood. A speleo-historian and avid collector of cave history, Meador was named a National Speleological Society Fellow in 1969.
