Burman, Ian D.
Assistant professor of political science at Principia College in Elsah, Ill. who did 88 interviews of lobbyists, legislators and convention delegates over a two year period about lobbying at the 1970 Illinois Constitutional Convention. Most of the interviews were tape recorded. Used these interviews in his book, "Lobbying at the Illinois Constitutional Convention."
