Stroh, Oscar H.

Stroh was a Private in the 104th Cavalry, Pa. National Guard during the 1920's. Saw action in World War II and attended the Command and General Staff School. In 1946 as Captain was commander of transportation for several troop trains departing Camp Stoneman, Calif. for Forts Bragg, Bliss and Dix. Became Major (1951) and was with the 523rd MIS Platoon, IX Corps in Korea (1951). Advanced to rank of Lt. Colonel in Corps of Engineers and retired as such.
