Woglum (United States Bureau of Entomology) was the author of several books on agriculture pests, including The cotton worm (1905), Insects injurious to citrus trees (c.1909), Fumigation of citrus trees (1918), and Report of a trip to India and the Orient in search of the natural enemies of the citrus white fly (1913).
