Portland and Seattle Railway Company.
Incorporated in 1905 under the state laws of Washington, the company operated a line from Portland (Ore.) to Spokane and Texas Ferry (Wash.). Owned jointly by NP and Great Northern Railway Company, its name was changed to Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway Company in 1908.
