Director of Pacific Center for Western Studies, University of the Pacific (1965-1967). Primary focus of these materials is development of laws and regulations relative to small loan businesses, especially regarding credit life insurance. Second focus is issue of tax increases. Many items seem to have been used as evidence at U.S. House, Ways and Means Committee hearings on taxation (March 1951).
