Pefley, Peter Jackson, 1830-1906.
Pefley was born in 1830 in Virginia. After moving to Idaho, he became active in territorial politics, was elected to the territorial legislature, attended the constitutional convention in 1889 and was elected mayor of Boise in 1887.
