An American writer on music, Irving Schwerké (1893-1975) was, during the 1920s and 1930s, music critic for the Paris Tribune, and Paris correspondent of the Musical Digest of N.Y., the Musical Courier of N.Y., the Nuova Italia musicale of Rome, and the Musical Times of London.
