William H. Hausdoerffer, Professor Emeritus of Mathematical Sciences, was born in 1913 and earned a B.S. from State Teachers College and State Normal School at Trenton (1936), an M.A. from Columbia University (1939), and an Ed.D. from Rutgers University (1950); taught at Trenton State College from 1940 to 1979 and was chair of Mathematics Department from 1955 to 1976.
