Gray, James D., 1929-
James D. Gray was born in Providence, Ken. in 1929. He attended Michigan State University (1948-1952). A Democrat, he was elected to represent Macomb and St. Clair counties in the State Senate. He was re-elected in 1970, but defeated in 1974. He was active in the community serving on various boards and associations. He married Mabel Lee Ray and had 6 children. He retired to Sacramento, Calif.
